We Craft Studio is a branding and packaging studio based in Casablanca, Morocco. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect
Project brief: your name, brand, website or Instagram, industry, the services and budget you choose, your message, timing, email, WhatsApp number, how you heard about us, and any file you attach.
Guidelines waitlist: your email address.
Book a call: bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects what you enter in its form under its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a proposal and work with you (steps taken at your request, before a contract), and to tell you when We Craft Guidelines launches (your consent). We never sell your data or use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on our website server and sent to our studio email. Attached files are kept in a private folder that only our team can open. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.
Third-party services
Cal.com (booking a call), Vimeo (project videos, loaded with Do Not Track) and WhatsApp (if you choose to contact us there) are separate services with their own privacy policies. They are only used when you open or use them.
How long we keep it
Briefs and messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we work together (then for as long as the law requires for our business records). Waitlist emails: until the launch announcement, or until you ask us to remove them.
Cookies and storage
The website stores a small note in your browser for the current visit only, so the opening animation does not repeat. It contains no personal data. Cal.com and Vimeo may set their own cookies when you use them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, or to object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the address above; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP; in the EU, the authority of your country).
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
